Chocolate Avocado Mousse

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 4 TB Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Pinch of Cinnamon (to taste)
  • Pinch of Salt


  1. Carve up and scoop out the avocados and place all of the ingredients in a food processor.  I usually pulse for a bit, scrape down the cocoa powder, and then let it roll.  It will get a thicker texture after a while and that's where you want it to be.  I let mine run for about 2 minutes until everything is well mixed.

  2. Refrigerate for about an hour for the coconut milk to solidify some more.  Serve and top with some blueberries or strawberries for perfection.
